About Curry Martin

Curry Martin is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a A.A.S degree in Culinary Arts as well Queens University of Charlotte with a B.A in Organizational Communications. A Myrtle Beach resident for over ten years, Curry spent most of those years as Chef and owner of an Award-Winning casual fine dining restaurant here in the Grand Strand. After navigating the restaurant industry for a decade, Curry realized his passion is in helping people – and not just by feeding them!

Combining his experience as a business owner with his high knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, Curry is ready to assist clients in their search for the perfect site location as well as assist sellers and landlords to identify qualified buyers and tenants.

Curry enjoys guiding clients through the entire transaction. He will help identify the needs of the client including property identification as well as the negotiation of terms and transaction process.  Curry has experience with Investment transactions including 1031 Exchanges, Industrial/Office properties, as well as Land/Site sales and acquisitions. 

In his spare time Curry enjoys all outdoor activities especially beach time, fishing, boating, and hunting with his wife and two daughters.
